Authored by Imam Sharad Al-Din Muhammad Al Busiri (Rahmatullahi Alayh), Al Qasidah Al Burdah is the world renowned poem praising the Messenger of Allah SalAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam.
Thousands across the globe have memorised it’s verses and millions recite it daily. Through its beautiful and elegant verses, the recitation of the Burdah is a certified method to gain blessings and build ones closeness with the Messenger of Allah SalAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam.
Many Ulema have earmarked it’s recitation to be a means of achieving a vision of our Noble Prophet SalAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, to elevate one’s station and remove anxiet and worry.
Join us for a weekly recitation of one chapter with translation and a short commentary.
The first gathering starting Sunday 12th May 2024 will cover:
-A short discussion of the life of Imam Busiri
-The story behind the writing of the Burdah and the best method in which to recite it.
-A recitation of Chapter 1 with short commentary.
Attendees are recommended to download the app titled “Khulasa+” which contains the whole burdah which can be followed during the session. It is available on Google Play and Apple store
