Harrow Central Mosque Madrassa is seeking enthusiastic and inspirational individuals to join our team of Islamic and Qur’an teachers. We are an evening and weekend supplementary school (madrasah) based in Harrow, and we are looking for teachers who are passionate about teaching children and who share our vision of providing high-quality Islamic education.
Responsibilities
Teach Islamic and Qur’anic studies to children of all ages
Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons
Assess student progress and provide feedback
Work with other staff members to create a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
• Excellent Qur’an recitation with Tajwid
• Experience teaching Islamic and Qur’anic studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality education
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday, 4:45 PM to 7:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Harrow Central Mosque Madrassa is seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as an Madrassa Administrator. We are an evening and weekend supplementary school (madrasah) based in Harrow, and we are looking for an ideal candidate who will have:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders, including Head of Education, Management, students, parents, staff, and the community.
-The ability to multi-task and work independently to handle a variety of administrative tasks, including:
• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing the calendar and scheduling appointments
• Preparing and distributing meeting materials
• Ordering office supplies
• Maintaining filing system
• Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Timing:
Mon-Thur 4.30pm-7.30pm and/ or
Sat-Sun 9.45am-2.15pm

Harrow Central Mosque Madrassa is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team. Volunteers will work alongside our teachers to provide additional support to students in the classroom.
Responsibilities
• Help teachers with classroom management and organisation
• Assist with activities
• Provide individual attention to students who require support
Qualifications
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must have a passion for working with children (5-14)
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable and have good attendance

Mon-Thur 4.30pm-7.30pm

Sat-Sun 9.45am-2.15pm
