We are delighted to invite you and your families to a special afternoon at the Harrow Central Mosque for an insightful panel discussion:

Your Guide to a Healthy Ramadan:

This will be great opportunity to receive an A-to-Z guide for a healthy and fulfilling Ramadan from expert health professionals across various fields.

What to Expect?
Our panel of health professionals will share practical tips on how to maintain and improve physical and mental well-being during Ramadan. Optimise your ibadah in this blessed month and instil healthy habits for the rest of the year!

Some of the key questions that will be addressed:
❓ How can we manage common health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and digestive issues while fasting?
❓ What are the best foods and ways to keep hydrated to maintain energy levels?
❓ How to avoid common medical problems of Ramadan such as constipation, headaches and indigestion?
❓ How can fasting impact mental health, sleep, and productivity, and what can we do to optimise our well-being?
