This will be great opportunity to receive an A-to-Z guide for a healthy and fulfilling Ramadan from expert health professionals across various fields.
What to Expect?
Our panel of health professionals will share practical tips on how to maintain and improve physical and mental well-being during Ramadan. Optimise your ibadah in this blessed month and instil healthy habits for the rest of the year!
Some of the key questions that will be addressed:

❓ What are the best foods and ways to keep hydrated to maintain energy levels?
❓ How to avoid common medical problems of Ramadan such as constipation, headaches and indigestion?
